Every boy is inclined to becoming a successful man. 9 to 17 years are critical times when a boy’s choices, both conscious and unconscious, begin to form the foundation of the man he will become. No boy dreams of dropping out of school, going to prison, abusing women, getting hooked on drugs, or joining a gang yet millions do.

The 100 Champions Program is a transformative summer program that empowers 100 boys between the ages of 10 and 18, carefully selected from a diverse range of participants within the communities we serve. With a profound impact on over 500 families since 2018 through national camp and regional programs, Boys Champions is dedicated to fostering positive change.This leadership boot camp initiative serves as a powerful platform for dialogue, leadership development, mentorship, street outreach, violence mediation, and counseling, aiming to address and reduce the alarming rates of violent activities that have affected too many of our children and their families. Through these comprehensive in-house programs, we strive to instill the values of living with integrity, effective leadership, and promoting gender equality sensitivity among the young boys we serve.
